Refund policy
Milagro Beauty offers an ‘Easy Return Policy,’ allowing you to request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Please note, that an unboxing video is mandatory, and you must raise the return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
All refund and exchange queries will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis by the customer service team. We would urge you to share images and videos for reference during this process to have our team assist you better. Refunds for cancellation requests do not include shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation
Our cancellation policy permits cancellation of orders prior to shipment, with refunds for cancellation requests do not include shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Special Instructions for Reverse Pickup:
The reverse product request will be assigned within 24-48 hours, and the product will be picked up within 2-4 working days.
Once the product, along with the packaging box, is picked up and carefully examined, we will initiate a refund.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
* The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
* Used or open-sealed products
* Change of mind (not liking or not required)
* Returned without original packaging, including shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
* Request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery
