International Shipping Charges

  • Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Nail enamels and fragrances cannot be shipped internationally.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Any applicable import duties, customs charges, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to the import regulations of the destination country.

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may vary by country, order value, product category, and local regulations. Customers are responsible for verifying any applicable charges with their local customs authorities.

International Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders as a standard policy.

In exceptional cases, an exchange may be considered at the discretion of our customer care team, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 45 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and eligible for exchange.

  • The customer must be able to arrange the return of the merchandise to our office or to an address in India where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the replacement merchandise needs to be shipped internationally.

Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders shipped to international locations outside India.
  • For international shipping, we currently do not deliver nail enamels and fragrances.
  • Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer and are subject to the import policies of the destination country.

Return / Exchange Outside India

  • Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.

In exceptional cases, after contacting our customer care team, an exchange may be considered if the customer can facilitate the return of unused products or products damaged in transit to our office in India, or to an address where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner, within 45 days of merchandise delivery.

Shipping charges may apply if the exchanged merchandise requires international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: Belly oils and intimate washes cannot be shipped internationally.
